This is a silk farm I visited with June. We got to see the process of making silk right from the silk worm eggs to the caterpillars eating raw plant material to making cacoons to removing the silk from the cacoons (after the butterflies have come out....some are released to the wild and some are kept to lay more eggs to repeat the process) and then dying and weaving the silk into various items. Cambodian silk is one of the best in the world.
